Last week Circular Glasgow was delighted to learn that an initiative aimed at reducing food waste across the city’s food and drink sector had been awarded funding through Experience Glasgow‘s Regional Food & Drink Group to implement a pilot with businesses from the city’s hospitality sector in the lead up to COP26.
As lead organisation for the project, Circular Glasgow, in partnership with Experience Glasgow, would like to invite you to the official launch of Experience Glasgow’s Regional Food & Drink Group on Wednesday, 30 June 2021, 3-4pm
Glasgow’s food and drink businesses are the heart and soul of the city and it’s important that we help nurture the next generation of growers, producers, manufacturers and chefs. Experience Glasgow’s aim is to help the sector’s recovery after the most challenging 17 months, by bridging the gap between local buyers and suppliers, inspiring collaboration and telling the stories of our passionate people.
