Gerry Boyle – Food Systems and Bioeconomy Partner

Gerry has been reaching out to the sector to increase awareness of food waste, its effect on the environment, and outlining the support tools available to reduce food waste and realise both the financial and environmental benefits of doing so.

Deborah Mooney – Partnerships Consultant 

Deborah works within the Partnerships team, largely focusing on Circular Economy Education & Skills – with projects in CE upskilling/skills assessments and Construction Retrofit.  Deborah also works on place-based projects within Cities & Regions and is currently supporting Zero Waste Scotland’s High Impact Territories work.
